If you are a Producer, besides the above information, you must also provide us with additional information for checking purposes. We want to ensure that your business is legitimate. 

When you complete the application form to become a TasteBack Seller, you must provide the following information: Your shop name on TasteBack, Company name, Company registration number, Company address, Link to your website (optional), VAT registration number, Level of VAT rate, Information about the products you sell, Copy of certificate for Organic producers, Information about packaging, Arrangements to send us the products, Information about the photos you already have with your products, Information on what channels do you currently sell your products. 

We store these information along with any reviews or questions & answers you submit on the TasteBack Website.

WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER

We use this information to understand your needs and to provide you with the best service possible. In particular, we use this information for the following purposes:

To provide the service of fulfilling orders placed on our Website 

To administer our site and for internal operations, including data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes

To improve our site to ensure that content is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer

To allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, when you choose to do so

To notify you about changes to our service

We keep information for as long as necessary to comply with legislation or to fulfil the purpose for which we collected the information. Order data is currently kept for 7 years according to legal requirements and this timescale will change in line with any new directives.

As a Producer, to receive payouts you have to provide us with your bank details that we use through Starling Bank to process your payout. They are authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority under registration number 730166.
