    After receiving your order please do not put the product into fridge. Otherwise the syrup will crystallise and the product taste could be spoiled. The product can be kept in airtight container up to 3 months at the coolest corner of kitchen.

    Şekerpare is one of the popular desserts in the Turkish cuisine. Mainly prepared by baking some soft balls of semolina based pastry dipped in thick sugar syrup. Sekerpare is pronounced “sheh-ker-pah-reh” in Turkish and meaning is sweet treat.

     

    My handmade Sekerpare comes in 500gr packaging. It is ideal to serve as dessert after a meal or just by itself with tea or coffee.

     

    The product could be kept in an airtight container up to a week.
