Yardarm lager is the flagship of our flotilla. It’s a crisp, refreshing lager, brewed with Citra and Styrian Bobek hops for the full-flavoured finish you might expect from a well-balanced IPA. Zesty, biscuity and discretely bitter, it’s exceedingly drinkable. It’s also vegan and gluten-free, so even more people can enjoy a great beer£1.99
Barryswally is Peelywally’s bigger brother. More hops, more flavour, more handsome and stronger (Pretty much David Vs Stevie!)
BarrySwally is our APA, full of flavour, a wee bit stronger than Peelywally but a completely different animal. Brewed with plenty of hops to make your mouth dance and with a warm amber tone like that of a Scotsman’s foreheid on the last day of his two week all inclusive in Gran Canaria!
Beer with personality. Barry Swally is Edinburgh slang for “Good Drink”!£2.50
A refreshingly crisp, zesty, citrus, carefully hopped IPA. Perfectly carbonated and unbelievably fresh!
We bloody love Peelywally and it has been a real passion of ours to get it right. Trial brewed countless times with various ABV’s (3%-9.3!) and with different hops but this is the winner. This is our main man!
In Scots, Peelywally literally means pale – like the skin of a Scotsman on his first day of a two week all inclusive holiday in Gran Canaria!£2.50
Made with 100% local apples picked between the river Tay and the Sidlaw hills. Pictish cider is of medium sweetness with good bite; excellent with a chunky piece of oatcake and a healthy slice of farmhouse cheese.
Medium 5% (50cl)£3.49
A dark-deep, tingly tang with a warm character and a dry exit strategy. Our bramble wine is made from big juicy bramble berries, a mix of Karaka Black and Loch Ness varieties gathered in from not far away, all mashed up and fermented out to dryness.
Medium Dry 13.3% (75cl)£7.99

A peach and raspberry sour beer rammed with fruit and with a crazy sourness befitting of the name!
Our multi award winning beer – best sour beer ever consumed by an East Lothian butcher on a Tuesday morning, most ravishing fruit beer of the 2019 Pencaitland conker championship, and best Winton Brewery label of the year 2019. Basically, it is fantastic and we struggle to keep up with demand!
Fruitier than a cauld wind up yer kilt!£2.50
An aromatic, wild meadowsweet cordial mingled in with local apple juices and fermented out for our Meadowsweet cider. The flowers add a complimentary fragrance and atmosphere- hints of an Islay malt and yellow spangles.
Of Medium Sweetness 5% (50cl)
Our Vintage cider fermented from locally sourced apples and blended with a fermentation of impressively tall stalks of rhubarb from Brechin.
The rhubarb adds a silky-smooth golden elixir of rhubarbiness to the fresh appley cider, then finishes with a dryish landing – delicious.
Our Pictish cider plus fresh local strawberries, raspberries, elderflowers and a tweek of root ginger.
It was a top drop when we launched it at the Errol Gala; everyone was up dancing, even some who were notoriously unfamiliar with the procedure.
Fruity, Medium 4.5% (50cl)
Absolutely brimming with freshly squeezed sunshine, this naturally coloured and flavoured gin is the perfect partner to a long summer evening.

Light and aromatic, our Elderflower wine is made from fluffy wild flowers from the Sidlaw hills. Blossoms are hand picked, stripped, and pressed by bonny maidens and swarthy blokes, occasionally from afar. A beautifully light, fragrant, summery, white wine.
Medium Sweet 11.5% (75cl)
A towering inferno of swirling, ting-tangling strawberry fizz that rolls away like a fluffy cloud caught in a light, summer’s day breeze. This wine brings together big, juicy Perthshire strawberries and light, fragrant elderflower blossoms. A marriage made in heaven; bottled sunshine.
Medium Sweet 11% (75cl)
Formerly known as Sparkling Oak and Elder. Crisp, fruity and dry-ish. A crackling gooseberry, oak leaf and elderflower wine that Judith, my business partner/wife/carer, and I made for our own wedding ages ago; still going strong apart from a couple of niggles. If you are thinking of getting married, or even staying married, the Sparkling Gooseberry is what you should be having in my, admittedly biased view. Match our Sparkling Gooseberry with seafood or smoked salmon or just about anything to be honest, if you’re hungry.
Full of freshly picked raspberries. Raspberries are the aristocracy of Scottish fruit and those grown around us here in Perthshire are particularly renownaberry. Cairn O Mohr Raspberry wine blares a fanfare of fruit with just the right amount of bite.
Medium Sweet 13.3% (75cl)
Minus 33 is infused with passionfruit, mango, and hints of juniper.
At 48 calories per serving, this smooth, light and refreshing spirit is not your average ‘slim drink’ and can be enjoyed neat, with high quality tonic or as part of your favourite cocktail recipe.£27.00
Rich and fruity, dark and delicious. Our Elderberry wine is made from berries picked from the wild elderberry bushes that decorate the countryside around Perthshire, and some we grow ourselves. Rolling flavours; like sweet paradise in a glass.
Medium Rich 13.3% (75cl)
Plump, flavour loaded gooseberries from Fife bathed in an elderflower infusion. Juicy, lemony, white pepperish and gingery. Try our hammock test: lie in a hammock on a sunny afternoon with a glass of chilled gooseberry (it‘s not really a test). Great Taste Award one-star winner 2019; deservedly so.
Medium Sweet 13.3% (75cl)
Luxury cherries from Blairgowrie make this thrilling wine a cherrylicious event. Rich and moist. Dark and Silky. Little Red Riding Hood lost in the Black Forrest. Van Morrison was always going on about sweet cherry wine, and here it is.
Sweet Red 13.3% (75cl)
Squeeze the day with this delightfully refreshing naturally flavoured and coloured gin. Initial lemon zing on the palate leads to a delightfully savoury and herbaceous finish with hints of real basil leaf.
