It was a top drop when we launched it at the Errol Gala; everyone was up dancing, even some who were notoriously unfamiliar with the procedure.

An aromatic, wild meadowsweet cordial mingled in with local apple juices and fermented out for our Meadowsweet cider. The flowers add a complimentary fragrance and atmosphere- hints of an Islay malt and yellow spangles.

Our Vintage cider fermented from locally sourced apples and blended with a fermentation of impressively tall stalks of rhubarb from Brechin.
The rhubarb adds a silky-smooth golden elixir of rhubarbiness to the fresh appley cider, then finishes with a dryish landing – delicious.
