• Brussel Sprouts 1kg

    Brussels sprouts can be used in lots of different ways. Try them in a one-pan dish roasted with caramelised onions, smoked paprika, dill and eggs. With their nutty, distinct flavour they are a perfect accompaniment to meat dishes too.

  • Cavolo Nero 250g

    Cavolo nero also known as the “Italian kale” is a dark green cabbage packed with nutrients and flavour.  Cavolo nero can be boiled, stir-fried, steamed or massaged in dressing and eaten raw. The best way to prepare it is to remove the central stem and shred the leaves. As the core is generally quite tough, it’s best not to eat that.

  • Chicory 500g

    The crisp, mildly bitter leaves of this vegetable are delicious in salads. Very easy to prepare, you just separate the leaves and slice it as you please. Once cut, brush with lemon juice to prevent discolouration. As well as being enjoyed raw in salads, chicory can also be cooked on the grill, boiled or steamed.

  • Curly Kale 250g (pack)

    Kale has a strong and earthy taste. The leaves are dry, tough, crunchy, and strong tasting. Very nutricious, works well in a stir-fry with chilli and garlic.

  • Fennel 1kg

    Thinly sliced raw fennel bulb adds a sweet licorice flavour and crunchy texture to salads. Goes really well with sausages, lamb, seafood, chilli, garlic. Combine roasted lemon with fronds of fennel, cherry tomatoes, pomegranate and herbs to make this colourful summer salad. It makes a perfect sharing dish

    Great addition to your meals, globe artichokes are an unique-looking vegetable covered in layers of leaves, that is actually an edible type of thistle. Although they look a bit daunting, guaranteed the results of cooking it are well worth it. Sizes may vary
  • Pak Choi 1kg

    A member of the cabbage family, the texture of both leaves and stalks is crisp, and the flavour is somewhere between mild cabbage and spinach. Best when briefly cooked, great with fish or with chilli, ginger and broccoli in a stir-fry.

  • Primo Cabbage (each)

    A well known variety loved by many, Cabbage ‘Primo’ produces solid ‘ball head’ cabbages. Delicious eaten raw, steamed, or added to coleslaws and summer salads.

  • Red Cabbage ~2kg (each)

    Offering beautiful, vibrant colour, red cabbage is sweeter than white but the leaves are tougher and take a bit longer to cook. Can be eaten raw or cooked. Please note may vary in size. 2kg approx. each

  • Savoy Cabbage (each)

    Its flavour is quite mild, but earthy too. Its leaves don’t have that same crispness to them that other cabbages do when raw. It’s delicious as stuffed cabbage leaves or steamed as a vegetable side dish to accompany meat or fish.
